Help! Im new to this.

I really have no idea what I'm doing. I was downloading some files and I had to leave for a bit. When I came home, someone had closed the FlashFXP program. Once I finally found where the files had been downloaded to, I went to pick-up where it had left off, but it wants to start the download over and in a different folder. How do I fix it so it picks up where it left off, in the original folder? Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!
