Error message when trying site 2 site

Hi!

I downloaded this program because I needed to do a site to site transfer but I get this errormessage all the time

Is there anything that I as a user can do about this or is it up to the company where my domain is...

try to enable alternative FXP option in site manager, if that doesn't help, site admin will have to enable fxp
