Angry Transfers ONE file, then .. STOPS

I am at my wits end with this I don't know if it's my connection, FlashFXP, or the server I am downloading from, or uploading to.

I'm having 2 problems.

The 1st:

I load a cue, and watch it move a file... it may take 20 or so minutes to move this file, then, when it's completed, it just sits there. It will NOT move the rest of the cue.

There is NO error involved. It will just sit there until it times out. What I have to do is, disconnect from the server I'm getting the file from, and reconnect, and move the next file manually.

Right now I'm on an evaluation period with this software, I almost bought it on the first day, because very occasionally, multiple files will be sent without a problem... but lately, yesterday and today, I've had to babysit the program because it will only move ONE file at a time.

The 2nd is:

I'm getting lots of "transfer failed!" messages. It'll drop a file in the middle of a transfer, for no apparent reason and the strangest thing is, after it fails to transfer a file, it WILL cue the next file in line, and move that file (the opposite of my first problem). Basically, it trashes my current file and moves on to the second file, rather than completing a file and just sitting there, doing nothing after that file has transferred successfully.

I don't know what to do about either of these problems.

Can someon please help me?

Here is all the information I'm supposed to post...

for the 1st problem, it sounds like your router and/or winxp firewall are closing control connection.
that's why after successful transfer flashfxp doesn't move to the next file.
try enabling 'send noop during transfer' option.

for the 2nd problem, make sure you have 'retry broken transfers' option enabled and configured.
