Default search and replace on ftp server

I need to find all the instances of a file on my server and replace them with a file from my hard drive on a regular basis. Does anyone know of a script or how to write a script to do this?
Thanks...

Default answering my own question

for those interested, I simply did the find files on ftp server, select all and add to queue, then save the queue as a file, open in in any text editor and edited it so that it would upload my file to each of the found locations and then saved it, loaded the queue back into the queue box and voila, ran it. Nice to be able to edit that queue with a text editor, this is a pretty powerful piece of software. Ive already sold at least one other copy!
