synchronized the sites

Hi

I want to transfer to my web site only the files that I changed.
In this case, I want the FlashFXP to synchronized the sites, and overwrite only the old files (by date only!).
For example, if I changed 5 files in the site in my computer, I want to publish automaticly only the new updated files. this files will overwrite the old files in my server.

Please let me know how I can do this.
