Default Skip all or Resume all

I just started using this software the past week and my computer crashed several times.

Do i do skip all or resume all when transferring after a crash? So far i was doing skip all and i think i'm doing it wrong. Is there a sync option to check if all transferred files are good and not corrupt?

Default

You skip files if they are identical.
You resume files if they are incomplete.
If your computer crashed in the middle of a transfer, you want to resume only the file that was transferring when the crash happened. Files that are complete you should skip.
