Default Just purchased and unlock code does not work

Hello

I have just purchased FlashFXP and have just received the unlock code, but when I paste it into the relevant place I click ok and nothing happens, it is not accepting the code.

And I keep mailing support but they do not reply.

Is their mailbox manned?

Thank you for looking and for any suggestions.

After restarting is it still unregistered?

Default I click ok and nothing happens

Hello and thank you for your reply.

When I enter the code I click ok and then nothing happens, the window does not close which would indicate that it has stored the code, it just stays there and does nothing??

Default another problem

Hello

Thank you for looking.

Flashfxp support are just not replying to my emails and I don't think they ever will, I purchased the software from someone calling themselves "avongate" my question is who should refund me flash fxp (who never reply to my emails) or avongate the people I purchased the software from?

Your advice would be appreciated.

Avangate is just a payment processor. I doubt they will issue you a refund. I think they will instruct you to contact the software seller for them to initiate a refund.
If you don't hear back from FlashFXP support, you could request a chargeback from your creditcard company.

In FlashFXP go to Help menu, then About and then Details. Paste here what you see there.

Did you receive two keys by any chance?

They changed the key with version 4. It looks as if you are trying to use the key for version 3 on version 5 software. or vice versa.
