SFTP slow download

Hi..

I experience very slow download with FlashFXP SFTP download... about 30% of my internet line.
SFTP upload, is full speed.
Ftp and ftps is full speed both ways.

Filezilla SFTP download and upload, is full speed.

Just tried an older version of FlashFXP, but that was WAY worse.

I have tried to change TCP/IP, all kinds of settings, no changes.

Is there anything else I could try to change?

Please connect to the SFTP server and provide the following lines from the session status window.

Key exchange: diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha1. Session encryption: aes256-ctr, MAC: hmac-sha1, compression: none.
Connection established with OpenSSH_4.3 (SFTP v3)

This will show us which KEX, CIPHER, and MAC algorithms you're using and whether or not you have compression enabled, plus the SFTP server brand and version you're connecting to.

Thank you for the additional information.

I was able to reproduce the reduced speed that you experienced and I think I have discovered the cause of it, Can you please try this modified build and let me know if it resolves the problem for you. If not can you please post the speed in FlashFXP vs the other client you're testing.

Download ffxp5.0.0.3805-r3.zip

Unzip the flashfxp.exe into your FlashFXP program folder overwriting the existing flashfxp.exe file.
