New - FXP Transfers not working?

Hello

Would anyone know why I am unable to transfer between two sites? Getting the error below.

42,4,30,201,79,210
[R] 500 I won't open a connection to 142.4.30.201 (only to 188.29.19.183)
Site to Site Transfer Failed! (Attempting alternative method)

Most likely the FTP server software is not configured to allow site to site transfers.

If you are unable to change the FTP server configuration you can still perform site to site transfers by changing the Site to site method (In the Site Manager) from direct to indirect. However an indirect transfer means that the file is first downloaded to your computer and then uploaded to the target server.
