Which version of FlashFXP did you upgrade from?

If you did an upgrade install from 3.6 RC1 it should of preserved your settings, If you upgraded from a previous version and selected a different location for your data folder then you may need to import your sites.

When importing make sure you're importing the correct sites.dat file.

I don't remember what version I upgraded from. Would it be in a log somewhere?

I didn't think I changed my location, but its possible I did.

I am pretty sure I grabbed the correct sites.dat file because I looked at it with a text editor and I saw my sites listed.

From within FlashFXP go to Help/About and then the details tab.

Check the Data Folder location. Make a copy of your old sites.dat and place the copy in this folder. If the copy operation wants to overwrite an existing sites.dat you should probably make a backup copy of it first just in case.

I'm not entirely sure why importing failed to import any of your sites but you can perform the above method to directly copy it without any problems.

Hmm, it got moved to the All Users folder instead of my folder in docs & settings. Strange.

The reason import failed is that I was importing the sites.dat that was in the all users/app data dir instead of mine. I didnt notice All Users and thought I was importing the correct sites.dat file.
