Problem Connecting

Hi, i'm an italian boy, and i have i problem with my flashfxp, when i try to connect my pc with my xbox.
In the screen appear this message:

For you, what is the problem?
I use win xp, i connect pc to xbox with utp cross, i don't have an antivirus and i use flashfxp v.3
Please, help me!
