hi,

after entering my license key, i'm getting this error:

have you contacted support at inicom like it says in the error message?

yes i have. but no answer. i've mailed them yesterday.

i have a pretty old key. i've purchased the key with flash fxp 3.0.2. Could this be the problem??

I recommend you download the latest version of FlashFXP, version 3.4. While your at it log into the customer portal and make sure you have the correct registration key.
