some questions

hi, i would like to ask, first thing, i have a 25 kb/sec upload speed, when uploading, i only get 1.6 kb or 3.2 kb or maybe 4.8 and most is 0 kb it freezes at 0 kb, why? my second question is, when uploading and internet refreshes, and they ask em resume or overwrite or ... i click on resume, and it overwrites, it doesnt resume, i clicked on configure, and selected auto resume and still it overwrites anmd restart uploading from the begining, now they don't ask me no more, it automatically restarts, why ?

resuming is working with newest version, but still want a answer to my second question

and what is exact configuration of your 'file exist' settings
