Default Connection failure

Hello

Yesterday I wanted to receive a file from someone's server using FlashFXP 3.0.2
He gaved me the IP & login info and I tried to connect. However, after 10 seconds it says "connection failure" (or something like it). I checked the login info several times, but it was all correct.
I thought I should open port 21 in my router & I disabled windows firewall, but that didnt work at all.
I have never used this program before.

Has someone any idea how I can fix this problem? Any help is welcome, I would be very thankful for that.

* FlashFXP v3.0.2 build 1045 registered
* WinXP sp2
* Running behind NAT/router - Yes (port is open)
* Running firewall - Yes, windows firewall (port is open)
* Running Antivirus - Yes, Bitdefender Ver. 9.5 (shield is on, firewall is off)
* Network xDSL

Cheers

and where did you find build 1045? it's over a year old. it's no longer supported; please upgrade to the latest available version and try again.
