Problems with filedownload and XP restricted user

Hello!

Downloads from my server to the local machine failed with a Windows XP restricted user:

[R] Cannot open file E:\homepage\xampp\htdocs\main\index.php
Transfer queue completed
1 File failed to transfer

Uploads are possible with the restricted user. With Windows XP administrator login the same filedownload is possible without problems. Any hints?

make sure your restricted user has proper permissions to write/create files

Thank you for your support. I have enhanced my XP Home Edition with security features and gave the permissions for the specified directories and it works.
