Angry Error 502 and 425

Hello all i am trying to connect to something and i keep getting the above message. It keeps saying that it " Can't open data connection " which is the error 425. Before that it says " pasv is not implemented "
Can anyone please help.

have you tried disabling PASV mode?
what exactly are you connecting to? xbox?
