Unable to open current downloaded file

Today I installed FlashFXP 5 build 3791 and compared to my previous FlashFXP 4 version I cannot open a .ts file anymore during the time the file is downloading (the file is in use).

Is there a way to fix this? I worked before when I used FlashFXP 4.

What was the exact version number that it worked in? I tested the last v4 release and it behaves the same way as v5.

I am not entirely sure if this can be changed, I'll need to look into this.
