Site to site transfers are not supported with the command line. You'll need to create a queue file and execute flashfxp with flashfxp.exe <queue file>

Default 1 last Q.

im tryin to do everything remotely so i dont need to have flashfxp open all the time this way its easier to use on my box. i wanna know if theres a way to cancel a transfer from the command line. like any /run flashfxp commands. or a possible way to use the abor command without goin to command -> raw commands?

The command line would open a new instance, you would need to preform the command in an existing instance of FlashFXP.

The abort command via raw commands probably wont help you since you cant send commands during a transfer. You'll need to click the abort button.
