Command that will disconnect(re) server if speed drops below specific number.

I hope i write in the correct section.
I'm wondering if its possible to make flashfxp disconnect from a specific server and reconnect to continue downloading if download speeds drops below lets say 500kb/sec.
I have a server that once every 6-8 files in a row drops speed to 20-400kb/sec. Besidies that its light speed, gbit connection and speeds.
The thing is i dont want to control downloading proccess and check if by any chance it stucked again at low speed. I know that after recconect it will download again 100x faster....until next time.
Auto-recconect if a rule applied with continuoous download would be awesome.
