[Fixed] !free all problems

Hi guys,
i installed ioB v20. Now i wanted to start the windrop... it worked fine, he joined irc... BUT i cant use !free
in the party line, it says

What is his problem? Ive checked if i had added the command to ioFTPD.ini! Probably someone has an idea!!

The readme says that the "Free" message file should contain "[Free: %.[free($path)(mega)]MB]-[Sitename]". You shouldn't remove parts of it unless you know what you're doing. Of course you're free to replace "Sitename" with whatever you want, but don't remove the "-" (minus).
