iobanana 20 problem

Hello,

Iam totally new to that and I just set up my own ioftpd 5.8.5. I also wanted to install iobanana 20 everything works fine until i reached the point to execute the iobanana.exe. At first i tryed to execute the .exe with site exec ......\iobanana.exe i got the response command successfully, but nothing happend at all. So i tryed to start the .exe by using cmd ( c:\ioftpd\scripts\iobanana\iobanana.exe spider ) and there i got an error message. Error 503 environment variable : USER IP IDENT not found. check ioftpd.env. loading iobanana failed.

Since you're using a registered version of ioFTPD (5.8.5 is available only to registered members), please enter your ioftpd.com/members account information in your vBulletin user profile. This allows us to verify that you have in fact purchased ioFTPD.
