All thes commands are like this:

!tests<cmd>

How do i change this? Is there a file to do so?

edit your iobanana.tcl :)
set ioBvar(cmdpre) "!<what do you want>"

Change the command prefix in the file ioBanana.tcl. Ctrl+F and search for: "set ioBvar(cmdpre)".
