ioBanana v19 cant find quota ppl

why cant ioban find the users? am i missing some line to point it to where the usertables are ?

everything else works fine including !speed user

What exact version of ioBanana and ioFTPD are you using ?
Is it the exact error message you get ?

Have you edited the ioFTPD message files ?
Have you tried to enable debug and verbose and read the partyline ?

the error is what it is posted to irc. aside from exact user and exact site name
