[Fixed] No !bw with v19

Hello
I installed everything and most of it works.
Dirs get announced and all is well.

But the !bw !who !speed commands do not work
-:: 3bandwidth ::- Up:12 @kBps - Dn:4 @kBps - Total: @kBps
Without the color stuff it just says "Total: @ kBps"

Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong.
I use version 19

Try reading the fixes thread; there's several workarounds for most of the issues in v19.
