Bug in ioFTPD handling of DC_DELETE_USER

Seems like ioFTPD doesn't remove the deleted user from UserIdTable at all. Userfile disappears though, once io is shut down.

This has been tested and confirmed on 5.0.13, 5.1.5 and 5.1.6.

So screw me, no changes to my code but it works now. Since I have no idea what's happened I assume, as always, that the error was on my part. :)

It might take a while until user disappears (until all sessions have freed pointer to userfile)
