Dynamic IP Support

I just realized that ioFTPD can't be used on machines with a dynamic IP. E.g. my IP changes every 24 hrs. After some reconfiguring i got Raiden to work on my machine with PASSIVE MODE.

ioFTPD is currently only working when I paste my current IP manually into the ini. Would be cool if an IP detection system would be integrated in coming versions :)

This will be part of new device handling system (it will monitor routing table and chosen devices for changes). I will start writing it after I'm done with basic features of WebAdmin.
Meanwhile you can bind services to 0.0.0.0 (default, accepts any address), which makes service to accept connections to any local ip. It also forces ioFTPD to use the ip of the network interface client is connected to as passive ip. (It should be never wrong)
