Fixed, a mate on efnet channel told me how to fix it, just in case you have the same error, the answer is changing

But it's not only the execute time, if you enable the racestats it will comes too.

If you disable the racestats and enter a Sample folder you wond't see the error, the mediainfo appears and the list command work.

Maybe it is some fixable error?

since it gives path problems with flashfxp and pftp too, and filezilla is the only usable mac client. and it takes pretty long for a new ioninja release to come
i will give u a quick fix, for this problem

for non section specific announce i think the correct way to use colors is %c7{Login}
where NR in %cNR{} is the color number

should work if you use the color in theme, %c3{%section} for example, although you should not be using two __ just one, if your section contains a _ i have no idea how it handles it, never tried and never will.

This is trial and error, the colors work if you set it up right, and no support is given on customizing announce. This thread is for reporting bugs and suggesting features. Sorry

I will try on to get it working. The next Problem is that if i set %c3{%section} i have the color "3" for every Section and not only for 0-Day, Apps, and so on. I Think with your way shown i can color every Section in one color.

As alot of people have been asking what the changes are in 1.0, there are alot of them. The plugins have had a workover. Some functions rewritten. All the html stuff is probably gonna be based on curl instead of http lib. The biggest change is to the racing stats, they will no longer be written to .ioFTPD file, which should speed things up a bit in races.

ioPRECHECK is now incorportated into the ioNiNJA. Xdupe, dirban, onlyallow etc.

The unpackcompelte has had a real workover. It now unpacks releases and creates a new sfv file for the files unpacked. It uses ReSCENE to save a file in order to recreate the rared directories. You can now issue a "site unpack" command and it will unpack all the releases under that dir.

There might be a new tvscript that is based on thetvdb instead of tvrage. (not sure if it is ready for use yet thought).

rewrote the mediainfo (samplecheck). The imdb script will have a real workover.

Also rewore the incomplete dir, it now uses releasename so you wont have (incomplete)- before the dir in incompelte folder

There is a whole lot of other things too, but as you can see the script is moving forward, not fast but it's getting there. As the new racestats are not tested in a busy enviroment it's hard to say how long it will take or how stable it is at the moment. I aim at having a alpha release out in month or so.

you need to do some editing in the imdb.tcl

The bot needs to be able to use shared memory to communicate with ioFTPD. Most likely you are trying to run ioFTPD as a service and the bot as a regular process. Prior to Vista that wouldn't be an issue, but in Vista+ Microsoft changed things so services run in their own context for security reasons. Try starting both manually and see if that fixes the problem. Also, make sure you haven't changed the window name to use in either config file.

My suggestion is use something like FireDaemon to run the bot and server so they will always be in the same context if you want them to run as services.

While using SITE RESORT MP3 i noticed, that all symlinks created then have some kind of prefix e.g. Io-Ninja-2009-FXP is created a symlink MP3Io-Ninja-2009-FXP.

(From a few pages back.. I had this problem too and I wanted to post a fix somewhere)

For me, it was happening on "site rescan" because the owner on the files/groups was "nobody".

Running this command fixed it for me: SITE CHOWN -R ioFTPD:ioftpd /

I thought it might be this in the config file causing it:

But if I set this to 0 or comment it out the problem remains,
What am I missing here ??

Rusher, i can't duplicate the error with zipfiles in any way or form unfortunatly.

As for the resort it might be broken, havn't had the time t check it out. But i would recooment you not doing it in root directory. It works here though so i have no idea why it wouldn't work for you.

Would solve the problem with users groups changing, it changes the groupnames of the files uploaded.

when i try Resort inside a movie directory example :

and some others aswell but they are apps/upload/nds/0day and so on..

you're standing in root if it lists all that. or some other crap, it doesn't list the dirs in dvdr. or it might be a bug. no time to fix it atm. try turning off cashing in ftp client

so im not standing in root. prolly a bug. i'll be waiting happily for a update :D worth waiting because otherwise this script is great! for now i reuploaded all nfo's and that worked for dvdr and x264. but for mp3 i'll wait for update :D

okej, will look into it this weekend, i'm also writing a FLAC addon, this will however not use pure tcl but will be based on mediainfo since I just don't have the time to write it otherwise. It will work just like the mp3 script. I also need a new list of bugs to fix. I have this weekend hopefully so bring it on.

in the themes directory of the the bot, i see there is a broken folder with a lot of theme files in there - in what way are the themes broken? I dont have that active a site that i could test them all out on but if i know where to start i might be able to do something with them when i have the time :)

another issue im having is with Site to Site transfer from gl to io. the file starts the transfer and finishes uploading the current file being sent but once that 1 finishes sending it hangs and wont start the transfer of the next file. any ideas?

sorry didnt fix the issue, i thought i did, but went ahead and used jezas sort script.... i do have another question, how do i get CWD to display the racestats when entering a folder? ive gone through the files over and over and cant find anything i missed, im using ioNiNJA.1.0.ALPHA.1.0.2.2011-08-03 & ioFTPD v7.7.2

you're in the wrong thread. Use the ioNiNJA one. As for cwd, it might be broken in ioninja alpha, and right now it's not a priority since i'm rewriting aot of things and will add new functions to the CWD command later, it would be pointless to fix it ATM.

Ever since i started using ioNinja v1 somthing has been bothering me about rescan.

Whenever i perform a rescan it will never show missing files as failed and also on some rare occasions it won't create .missing files.

Is it possible to have this fixed?

Also i wouln't mind the rescan showing me its halfway or something just as move does now, that would be awesome!

missing files are deleted, and dince thye are created by the zipscript they are not faild uploads and thus is not counted as failed files. Wont add this feature.

i cant really find what to fix.. :P this error comes only when i upload zip files to /0day/ directory. and the script deletes the first file in release and lets the other files be uploaded. and then i can enter the directory and transfeer the file again and then i get a complete release.

This is a dead thread, don't use it. No support is given on this. I know of the problem you discuss, it was solved a long time ago. My best advice is that you start over with a clean install of ioninja. Check the sticky in new releases forum for current thread.

Sorry, this is a current bug it seems, remove the pwd from ioNJ(no_diz_required) in inNiNJA config and it should work.
Alternativly in ioNiNJA.itcl: create a new line:
set zip_files [get_files $path *.zip]

on the line above:

vfs chattr "$path" 13 [llength $zip_files]
