irc request pb

hi,
i just notice since nxtool update that irc request isn't working as expected anymore
i've got this when i do !reqdel or when there is a !request
invalid command name "GetFtpUser"

Make sure the invite module is loaded before nxtools; even though it should check this itself (might be a bug hiding somewhere).
