a) site rules ISNT a default command
b) check your ioftpd.ini, *HINT* rules would be a txt file *END HINT* theres an example for adding
site commands, that simply show text
c) check the forum, im sure this has been answered already

SITE RESCAN *.sfv doesn't work either :(

What version of ioBanana are you using ?
- If it's ioBanana v20 (the latest release of the 1.x branch), you should upgrade to ioBanana 2 release 1 (the first release of the 2.x branch). ioBanana v20 is old and unsupported now.
- If it's ioB2, you should read the FAQ (http://www.inicom.net/forum/showthread.php?t=15531). It will explain you why you can't use all the features of the rules system atm.

In all cases, you should read the posting guidelines (http://www.inicom.net/forum/showthread.php?t=15532).

Edit: SITE RESCAN [filename] where filename is a checked file (*.rar usually), not a sfv file. If no filename is specified, it'll rescan the whole directory.

Ok, I switched to newest ioB2, ioFTPD 5.8.5 and ioA 2.0.5

but now i get new errors, commands like "sitemoverls" turns out failed and i don't know what the heck is wrong. And I get som weird message in the logs:

Until now, move your old rules.cfg to a safe place and make sure ioBanana can't find any rules.cfg.

Have you tried the other commands that used to be a problem ? Could you confirm they are working now ?

Do you mean "on shell" like "on a completely separated server" ? It's possible but the code I've written for that is getting old and might need to be refreshed and fully tested.
