U3 Smart Drive Edition

FlashFXP U3 Smart Drive Edition allows you to install/use FlashFXP on any U3 Smart Drive. It is otherwise identical to the standard shareware version. For more information about U3 devices and what makes them special, visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U3 or http://u3.sandisk.com/

This installation requires a U3 Smart Drive and will not work without one.
Look for USB devices with the U3 logo

FlashFXP U3 Installation

Installation of FlashFXP U3 is launched simply by double-clicking on the FlashFXP4_U3_Setup.exe file after connecting a U3 smart drive to the Host PC from where the installation is to be started.

The U3 "Add Program Wizard" pops-up, showing a short description of FlashFXP U3. The installation has to be confirmed by clicking the "Next" button.

When the installation has been completed successfully, the FlashFXP icon can be found in the U3 Launchpad and the program can be launched from there.

Future FlashFXP U3 updates will be installed according to the same method. If a U3 version is already present => just install the new one over it; it is ensured, that the FlashFXP U3 configuration files are not overwritten during an update.
