Transfer file if destination date/time is older

FlashFXP currently can only decide to transfer or not by comparing source and destination file sizes.
Since I want to use FlashFXP to tranfer only CHANGED files, I would like to have it compare the source and distination file date/time and transfer only files that are NEWER than the destination.
I will register FlashFXP immediately if this feature is available.

v4.0 has a completely new file transfer rule system, you'll be able to do this with the new system.
