start 2 ffxp
run 1 ffxp and run tranfer from ftp to c:\1\2
run 2 ffxp open ftp and c:\1 from other side, press ctrl-d (some folders filtered), wait 3-5 sec and u have auto refreshed PC side

stop 1 ffxp tranfer
open 2 ffxp open ftp and c:\1 from other side, press ctrl-d (some folders filtered), wait, PC side is not auto refreshed

this is like pain in ass

It would make sense to disable the local browser auto refresh when a compare duplicates is activate and then re-activate it on a manual refresh or a folder change, is this the issue you are reporting?
