User doesn't exist!
I've just purchased your product. After I typed in my username and password( received in my email), FlashFXP says "[530]not logged in" "connection failed" "user doesn't exist" I couldn't log in, Please help!!!

Where exactly are you trying to login?

From what you pasted this appears to be a FTP server login prompt, correct?

You must provide your own FTP servers and accounts, we do not provide any services.
