Still having an issue when uploading commandline

I have contacted you several times about this same issue.

You had given me a commandline to upload a file.

What is happening is when the percentage reaches 99% it never reaches 100%.

It leaves the que with the file I am trying to upload.

I have installed your latest version with the same issue Each time I run it.

I need this corrected or have to look for another solution.

I have send in requests now 2 times with no response.

I haven't received an email from you since Oct 24, 2012 and after reviewing our email correspondence you had indicated that the issue was resolved.

If you've attempted to contact me more recently was it via email or the contact us link on the website?

Was the issue ever resolved?

If so did the issue re-appear after upgrading to a newer version or what exactly?
