OK button disabled when setting CHMOD attributes

no settings changed since this used to last work, cant find anything on the forums or google, but when I try and set CHMOD attributes the "ok" button is disabled and I cant save anything.

Tried this on different sites and i'm sure its not a problem on my server.
Any ideas? Thanks.
