upload randomly failed

* FlashFXP version 3.6.0 or 4.3.1 or 5.0.0, and so on.
* OS win7
* Running behind router YES
* Running software firewall NO
* Running Antivirus NO
* Internet Connection DSL
* Server -> vsftpd 2.2.2

when I upload file, it randomly transfer failed.
In the FlashFXP console, it stoped after
STOR some.file
150 Ok to send data.

I use the wireshark to capture the connection, it shows the flashfxp send tcp FIN ACK immediately after the FTP-DATA packet。
But when I use others FTP client tools, it always be ok.
what's wrong?

Did you test with the latest FlashFXP v5.0 RC build?

I did some tests of my own using the latest v5.0 RC build and I can't reproduce this behavior.

I don't have vsftpd 2.2.2 for testing but I did test with vsftpd 2.3.5

I'm not quite sure what to make of this issue or even speculate as to what could be the problem you indicated you're not using any firewall software but is there any thing unusual about your network setup like VPN, TOR, transparent proxy?

I have test the vsftpd 3.0.2 and it's the same.
And I do not use VPN, TOR, transparent proxy.
Now I switch the connection type to SFTP over SSH, it looks quite good for me.

Can you please upgrade to v5.0 final and try again with FTP and if that doesn't work can you post a complete copy of the FTP session log from FlashFXP.

I would love to get to the bottom of this if possible.

Yes is 5.0.0 build 3771 is the final.

I can't tell from the session log but is this using v5.0 build 3771?

One thing I noticed is that this seems to occur when the transfer mode is switched to ASCII mode.

If you set the transfer mode temporary to forced Binary mode via the main menu > Session > Transfer Mode > Binary

Does the problem still exist?

Now uploading php files in binary mode might fail on some servers depending on the version of php since the php file might be DOS formatted vs Unix formatted (CR/LF vs LF)

I have tried the Binary Mode, and the problem is still there.

I am following up on this issue and just wanted to make sure that this issue has been resolved.
