Text Editor Bugs - 5.0.0 (build 3756) [RC 2]

Hi,

I just wanted to report a few bugs with the text editor in version 5.0.0 (build 3756) [RC 2]

1) Multiple monitor issue; I use FFXP on the right side monitor, when you right click a file and press edit, the text editor box always goes to the left monitor, no matter where I leave it the previous time.

2) Left/Right scroll missing; When you edit a file that has lots of text, the internal text editor does not have the left & right scroll bar. You need to go in and press word wrap on, then back off, and it will appear only then. If you re-edit the file, you need to do this practice again.
