*.sql file not opened by default file viewer but notepad

1. connect to remote server
2. right click on a sql script, view or edit
3. the .sql file is opened by notepad, not default file viewer I configured.
There is NO items in File Associations, besides, notepad is not associated to .sql file in win7 also.

From the main menu in FlashFXP > Options > File Associations

Add a new association

enter *.sql as the mask

then select the desired program to open the file and the view/edit check boxes.
