UTF8 Divison slash is incorrectly being converted to a normal one

If a path contains the UTF8 division slash, it is being incorrectly converted to a normal slash (also gets replaced with an _ for target filename) making it impossible to download (haven't tried uploading one).

File path was: "/home/admin/A／B" and downloads perfectly fine with IE and wget.

FlashFXP v4.x doesn't support Unicode/UTF8 file or folder names they are converted to ANSI characters and the conversion maps the utf8 division slash as a standard / slash.

Now I tested this with an alpha release of FlashFXP v5.0 that provides Unicode/UTF8 support and the good news is that this works without any problems.

I hope to release a beta of FlashFXP v5.0 a month after 4.3 goes stable.
