Folder icons missing in tree view on remote site (build 1753)
Folder icons visible in local browser tree view just not on the remote site tree view. However, folder and file icons are visible within the folder view (right hand side).

Somehow the image-list association was lost causing the icons to not display.

I have posted a new build to address the issue.
