will not update

when i try to update the last few days it just times out and says error so i try to get it from your web page and the web site is so slow and it does the same thing just times out never had this problem before

The downloads from our website and liveupdate are served via our content distribution network.

I have tested the downloads from several different global locations via VPN and I am not seeing any problems.

kansas i even turned off anti virus stuff weird it works at work on the download but at work cant download anything but at least it gives me the option
even at home i would log into the portal and try to download it fails every time
something else is at home the web page takes for ever to load and move around it
with firefox and explore

Please let us know if you continue to have problems downloading updates from our website or from within FlashFXP.

It's possible that is was just a temporary issue, I discovered that on the same day as your report our web hosting provider was experiencing network routing issues.
