FlashFXP v3.5.1 build 1200 [3.6 RC1]/vista os

trying to add a new site and it wont save it.. As long as the program is open its there. when I close and reopen flash the new site is gone.

Did you upgrade from a previous version or is this a new installation?

If you upgraded from a previous version make sure the file/folder permissions are set properly.

More than likely you don't have write access.

Please supply the details of the installation, and your configuration (help>about>details).

I am guessing this is somehow due to a permissions problem, with flashfxp possibly trying to use data files in the program files directory (vista no long allows this under normal circumstances). When you use/create/modify files in this area and the user does not have permissions vista will use a virtual storage folder which is cleared upon application termination.

HI , thanks for your responses. I upgraded from a previous version and while upgrading it asked me if I wanted to install with a new file system..I said yes. everything went fine except the saving issue.

Installation Type:
All User - Default

Program Folder:
C:\Program Files\FlashFXP\

Data Folder:
C:\ProgramData\FlashFXP\3

problem resolved...it was a premissions problem. vista moves all data to a folder called programdata. I had to give user permissions to the flash folders.
