Parts of windows missing if using windows 7 zoom function

I've just got a new 27" monitor with a 2560x1440 resolution, so I have had to increase the zoom level via the windows display properties to 125% as the text is absolutely tiny at the default levels. However, in flashfxp, some of the information in is now missing in some of the popup windows.

For example, if you go to move a file on a remote server (the function works absolutely fine in local browser mode), the directory tree window pops up, but the OK, cancel etc buttons to action the change at the bottom of the window are missing. The popup window can be resized, but it doesn't matter what size you go to, the buttons are still missing.

I know that this is only a minor issue, but could this be looked in to please to ensure that windows, buttons etc. scale in accordance with the windows display settings as this may also have implications for users with limited accessibility/disability issues.

Many thanks
