Unable to export certificates

Today I created a 2048 DSA cert for one of my servers. When I went to export the public and private keys the key format combo box was locked preventing me from selecting anything other than putty. Tried an export anyway. Empty files were generated.

New and existing certs do not export. Used the same cert for test.

Since I save recent versions I started to backtrack to see which version the problem started.

Keys export ok in version 4.1.3 b1658.
Key fail to export in version 4.1.4 b1664.
Latest version 4.1.6 b1673 also fails.

I'm not sure about any possible in between versions.

Any ideas?
