Filters' colors wont be refreshed on local panel

let's say i have setup a skip entry in filters manager:

file mask: *test*
color: red

the file abc-test.txt at local could be marked as red color with no issue. i changed the file name to abc.txt, no matter how i pressed F5, it is always in red color unless i close ffxp and re-start it.

same issue happens on highlights settings.

but it works fine on remote panel.

The skiplist checking only applies when you enter a folder. To force an update you need to change from the original location to another location and back.

There was a reason for why it wasn't applied automatically on rename or F5 refresh but at the moment I can't remember what that was.
