Selection in local file list changes when changing sort order

When i make a selection of files, and then change the sort order, the selection is at the same place in the list, and since the list changes, the selected files are no longer the same.

To reproduce:
Start FlashFXP
In a local file browser window, select some files
Change the sorting
Observe - no longer the same files selected

I am on a Windows 7 Professional 64 bit machine. Version of FlashFXP is 4.1.5 (Build 1668).

1.compare 2 folders (ctrl-d)
2.in local browser select folders
3.press refresh
4.marked list stil on top

What are your exact compare folder settings?
Tools > Compare folder content > please list the settings with a check-mark

By marked list do you mean the selected folders?

What sort order are you using in the local browser?

What version of Windows are you are you using?

Do you have folders grouped on top (i.e. separate from files) ?

Oh and also do you have full row selection set?
