custom commands do not perform if connection lost

Let's say you are browsing and the connection is lost to the FTP server due to idle timeout. If you perform a custom command, FlashFXP will reconnect to the server, but will not perform the command. You must run the command again after connecting. Seems like a bug as the first step in performing the command would be to connect to the server which it does.
