I still have problem (#577), :

4.1.2 Build 1655 Cause Chinese site messy code(I had selected UTF-8), THis site is working while i am using Build 1651 (Set to UTF-8 Mode)

This site is a HD Player , using Linux and vsFTPd, its just a FTP site, not using SecFTP .

Have you tried 4.1.3 build 1658?
