Tree view CHMOD edit bug

If you try to edit folder`s CHMOD in tree view you will see window with empty fields

It would appear that FlashFXP doesn't keep track of the folder attributes for the chmod dialog via the tree-view.

I will try to get this included into 4.1, somehow I had checked it off my todo list, but clearly this ability is missing.

The new design will display the folder attributes whenever possible, however if the folder attributes are not available then no attributes are shown (as it is now).

I appreciate you bringing this to my attention.
