File list column width

As I see Type column has priority higher than Name.

I have confirmed the issue and it will be resolved in the next release.

This issue was caused by an oversight that was made when I switched the backend data storage of the shell list control, The new storage system handles things differently resulting in the code in the column auto size procedure to malfunction.

I will review all of the shell browser code to make sure there aren't any other issues like this.
